  In July 1979 Phil’s family had a grocery store in Rayne and called it Fezzo’s. In July 1999, twenty years to the month later, Phil and Pat opened their first restaurant. In honor of Phil’s dad they named it Fezzo’s Seafood Steakhouse and Oyster Bar.
